We had Diverse do a septic repair for us. Brian showed up on time and stayed until his job was complete. He went above and beyond when he dug some trenching by hand that the machine couldn’t get to. Thank you Brian! Brian not only fixed the leak in our frost free outdoor faucets, but explained why it happened and how to avoid it happening again. Also, while doing this repair, he drained and cleaned our hot water tank, which Brian informed us should be done once a year! Brian does everything right! He notified me prior to his arrival, confirming his appt the day prior. He confirmed scope of work and explained the process as he went along. I had a new small water heater installed. He left no mess. He was polite and efficient. I highly recommend him.
